flexagon will be one billion seconds old. She wasn't aware of this until I told her at dinner a couple hours ago. I think she was glad I decided to tell her in advance, rather than wake her up and tell her on the spot.
I didn't happen to find any spectacular jewelry for the occasion, but I did have a good idea for a nice custom-made gift a couple weeks ago, which conveniently arrived this morning. It's a custom laptop skin for her company-provided MacBook Pro, featuring a really lucky shot I took of Serabi a few years ago:
